Returns Policy
We aim to deliver quality tech products with the best customer experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Returns Policy outlines your options.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Digital/downloadable goods
Customised or personalised items
Clearance items marked as “final sale”
Items with visible signs of wear or use
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email returns@luxoratech.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll receive instructions and a return reference number.
Package the item securely and include the return slip.
Post it to the address we provide.
Note: We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
4. Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll get a notification email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged goods.
To be eligible, report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
